Barbara Frerichs-Mendoza Scholarship Program

The NACRC Annual and Winter Education Conferences are value-packed opportunities for county recorders, election officials and clerks to learn about the latest industry trends and to network with colleagues.

The scholarship fund was created to provide assistance to NACRC members who otherwise might be unable to attend the national conferences. One scholarship may be awarded for each conference.

The scholarship fund is also available to state associations for an Affiliated State Association membership. These funds are available for a new state association's first year of NACRC membership. For more information, visit here, under Affiliated State Association Membership. Only one scholarship will be awarded per year.

Applications for the conference scholarship must be emailed, faxed or postmarked no later than the third Friday in January and third Friday in July. Applications for state memberships may be submitted at any time, but the membership will run through the current membership year only.
