How to Join

New, First-year Public Official Member

Any county of local official acting as a recorder, clerk, register of deeds, records manager, auditor, election official, recorder of wills or handling marriage licenses or in a similar position can become a member of NACRC.

New members are eligible for a reduced first-year price of $55 – regardless of county population. Click here to join online.

Regular Membership

If you are a county of local official and were previously a member of NACRC, you are welcome to rejoin the association.

Dues are based on county population. Click here to join online.

Associate Membership

An assistant or deputy to a member may join as an associate member.

Annual dues are $35. Click here to join online.

Corporate Membership

NACRC offers corporate memberships for companies providing products and services to county and local recorders, clerks and election officials. Since most members need and utilize corporate contact for technological and procedural advancements, through consulting, purchases, or informational inquiries, having associate members in the private sector is a benefit. NACRC feels that it becomes a more representative network when corporate memberships are included. Click here for complete information about corporate member opportunities.

Deputy of Corporate or Association Membership

Any employee of a corporate member is eligible for deputy of corporate membership. Deputy of corporate members receive all printed newsletters from NACRC and are included in the membership directory. Staff of state or national associations are eligible to be deputy of association members.
