Land Records Best Practices 2008
The Land Records Interest Group selected two county offices to receive the 2008 NACRC Best Practice in the field of Land Records. The winners were the County Records Division, Broward County, Fla. and the Register of Deeds, Wayne County, Mich.
The Broward County Records Division implemented a Quit-Claim Deed Fraud Prevention Postcard Program and Wayne County developed a Property Fraud Task Force Program.
